An Implulse Decision

I just stared at meself in the mirror yesterday and said to meself out loud, "I'm sick of this look. Time to get a new hair cut!". So, it was decided. I made up my mind to get a hair cut... what kind... still don know...

I got up around 9 something after snoozing a couple of times on my alarm... I praise and curse whoever invented the snooze button. Got dressed and headed towards One U. I decided to give Monsoon a try. After all, they did quite a good job when I went over to their place in S'pore.

I was just standing outside their shop... scanning the price they were charging. RM 96 if you wan it done by their lead stylist and over RM100 by their freakin salon director!!! Wah Piang!!! Quite expensive right?!?!? No matter... I've decided to get a new look... not to mention I felt dirty for not washing my hair this morning. I had no choice...

The receptionist greated me and asked me who I wanted to style me. She informed me that the price will be RM 35 for lead stylist and RM48 by their salon director. I was shocked... I din wanna ask her bout the pricing outside... incase. I decided to go with their salon director... this wasn't the time to be cheap. Clothes... cheap, yes. Hair... cheap, are you freakin nuts? Unless you're a guy... you can always pull off a bald head... but not for me.

Let the risks begin...

I told the stylist that I wanted my hair thiiiiiiiiiiiiis short ( I showed him the length I wanted) and he said that'll be around 4 inches. I told him better make it 3. He laffed. I din even give the kind of look I wanted or what style. But I informed him the type of hair I have and how my hair CANNOT be layered too much cos it'll be puffy. He understood completely and started cutting... after the washing and all.

The result...

After he was done... I was impressed. My hair is definately different now. I felt lighter and damn fresh.. like all the hair cuts I've had... except those times when my dad dragged me to cut my hair super damn kao short back in my school days... aiyah.. tell you next time la... But for now... I'll just stick to feeling good ^w^
