It's Movie Week
Watched another awesome movie and that awesome movie is non other than DETROIT ROCK CITY. I dunno wat's with me with these kind of movies lately but it's a definate fun watch.
The story is set in Cleveland, 1978. Four boys, Hawk, Jam, Lex and Trip who are part of a rock band named Mystery which is modeled after their favorite band, KISS. They bought tickets to see them and go on a road trip to Detroit and get into many misadventures dealing with an angry mother, some tough jocks, some disco freaks, a stolen car and an attempt to win money.
Kinda makes me wonder if going to a concert will be like that. Cos if it is.. I surely wanna go. Sadly, I've never been to one. And I doubt I ever will... but it would be nice if I could.
Anyone wanna watch this, do drop me a line or something... come over my place and B.Y.O.B and let's have a blast.
