I was shocked when Junko asked me if I've ever heard of "Mind Your Language", a Brit comedy sic... which I think falls in the 70s... I immediately yelled my heart out! I told her "OH MY GOD!!! YOU HAVE THIS??? WHERE DID YOU FIND IT? I"VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS SINCE DUNNO WHEN! これは　本当に　面白いよ、先生!”

She then asked me how I know of this.. I told her my parents loved watching it when I was a kid.. it was freakin hilarious... I din quite understand what they were actually saying... with all the weird accents and all... but when I watched it again on the reruns on the TV back in 90 something... I couldn't believe how funny it was... the way the writers used diff kinds of culture and nationalities and accents to create the joke was brilliant! But I was annoyed with some of my college frens immitating some of the phrases used in the show. Worst of all... they pronounced it wrongly! Melvin... sorry man... but that was annoying.

Anyway... I'm gonna borrow it when Junko's done. I can't wait to tell Judy... she did the best impression of Miss Courtney I've ever did see... hahaa....

It's アニメ Day!

Most of us slept in late yesterday cos we were filling up the pages in our journal... as a result... most of us were kinda late for class... but it was ok... usually we'd get a cold stare from Rozhan... but not today... he was in a good mood... I'd bet he got some yesterday... HAHAAA...

Anyway... Today is Anime Day.... our lesson for today in History and Styles of Animation was about Japanese animation. It was fun.. especially some of us was able to contribute our opinions on the subject... and helping out the lec in pronouncing and explaining the Jap words and names... haha... fun fun fun...

As it turns out at the end of the class... Rozhan wasn't interested into checking our journals... some were relieved... some wanted to stab him (kiddin), I was glad I'm already done with my part... now I can work on my experimental.

This is Week 8... I have one month... to complete my animation... then the remainding couple of weeks for my post-production... I'm starting to feel the pressure... I was so laid back then but not yesterday as Cesar wrote down the timeline and what is expected every week.... SHIT

You'd think this is about me catching up with my work.... sadly no... although Marvy warned me bout being too slow and constantly reminding me it's already Week 7 and we need to finish everything within 7 more weeks. He's starting to feel anxious... Poor Marvy... I do understand... I will get to work... as soon as I blog this.. Haha...

Anyway, I did alot of catching up... with my family... my Mom is up and she wanted to give a call to all of her siblings... I had to sit beisde her and get numbers and hp numbers cos my Mom's only phone book is this crummy old paper which I wrote it for her like ages ago...

It was nice seeing my mom feeling happy once in a while. As I listened to her squeaking away... she explained why she couldn't call them all the time. My Mom now lives with my grandma a.k.a. her Mother-In-Law... and my Mom felt it wasn't her house and it din feel right to simply use grandma's phone. She was right to trust her instinct. My aunt (grandma's another daughter-in-law) used the phone a couple of times and got a horrid scolding. All the more my Mom is afraid to use the phone. Chao Ah Mah!

Anyway... I decided to give my mom a small book and wrote down all the numbers and addresses there is and let her keep it.... and asked her to throw that paper away!

Music And Cakes

Woke up today... on the wrong side of the bed, I guess... I could feel a dark aura surrounding me and I just couldn't shake it off. My Japanese class was cancelled today cos Junko wasn't feeling too well... but I had to go over to get my forms to register for my Jap exam.

I've discovered something while I was on my way to her place... the music aired today on the radio really did killed off my horrible aura... instantly! Which was a good thing too becos usually they play such CRAPPY stuff. But not today...

Alot of things happened today... such as

- woke to the sound of anime
- had a nice long bath and had yummy "non-Makanlah!" lunch with JaKk

- did a lousy job on drawing hands and feet
- kena caci teruk on stuff like me not getting a job la, I'm a man in disguise la, my boobs are fake la, I'm flat kau kau and my bras are fully padded la.... boooo hoooo hooooooo (_ _ ;)
- cheated on my test
- drew something nice just now
- have to study for another blardy test tomolo..... thinking how to cheat this one

Today I went out with a mission... to buy a new school bag! I have been cursed with awful bags for the past year but things are about to change... went to Subang Parade and bought meself a brand new bag... I don wan a sling bag no more cos they don last as long as they should, not to mention they hurt my freakin shoulders... wouldn't wanna look like an Egore when I turn 30.

I just got back from my Jap class and I was confused. Just like last night... I almost died... I've forgotten last week's lesson and it was confusing... let's try recapping shall we? I din have the pictures at first.. so all the more I was confused with the Jap usage of the word "JUST".

I've been really busy lately... not doing much tho.. just thinking alot... mostly bout my experimental and how about to change the story here and there... anyway... here's a short update wat's been goin on for the past few days...

WED 30/8/06
Went to Street Mall with the gang and ate some nice Italian food... Zandra and I shared a delicious pizza (I ate most of it cos I was being a pig). Then we went to watch Nachoooooooooooooooooooo... met George's chick for the first time! Sweet girl... looked taller in her pictures tho... Then went grocery shopping with JaKk at Alamanda and popped over at her place... she wanna show me some stuff bout her experimental... I couldn't stay longer cos my hotdogs and burgers were defrosting in my car. Nooooooo...

THURS 31/8/06
Merdeka! Nah... not that patriotic... not like ever... but I was looking forward for this day tho. Wanna know why? Cos I finally get to watch Animax!!! Muahahahahaa... 24/7 anime all day... Woo hoooo.... I was proud of meself too... managed to finish keyframes for pitch & swing... happy, happy.... Animatics... forget it la.. my sleep is more important...

Went to class on time... George gave me Marvel tutorials... WooHoo....plus cool mags bout photoshop....double WOOHOO!!! Inserted in-betweeners for my pitch... looks smoother now but looks weird... too slow... hmm....

Tomorrow I have my Jap class... just did my homework... I almost died... I practically forgot most of my old stuff... wished I revised more... then I wouldn't need to suffer... not to mention I have shorter fringe now... it is so damn frustrating... it kept coming down to my face and I can't tie it up cos I just washed it and it'll be ruined... I know.. VAIN! Note to meself.... don EVER cut my fringe EVER again!!!
