Wat A Week

Well... for starters... the weather for this whole week has been real nuts... for almost everyday since Wednesday... it rained as if God himself was trying to fill up an empty river.... and without failed... I have no choice but to switch off my pc so nothing will happen to my beloved pc... not to mention every damn time it rained that heavy... my broadband goes hay-wire... couldn't go online for DAYS!!!!!! It was so annoying!

But I was lucky to finish up my colouring a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit earlier than I'd expected.... I lost my drive somewhere in the early of the week and I din realised those days I was actually falling sick... took pills and slept and got up later tha usual and realised I'm healthy again... ah... the power of the mind under a huge amount of pressure and its capabilities...

Neways... I can't wait to start compiling my stuff tomolo and need to check with the lecs about my progress.... pre-presentation is this coming Friday and I hope I can pull this off.....

He's First Birthday Party

I just got back from my baby nephew's first ever birthday party with my sis. I was in the car... checking the list in my head... present... checked.... sister... checked.... camera.... camera...
"Where's the camera? Is it with you?" I asked my sis...
"No.... I tot it's with you..," she replied...
"Ah... it's with kor kor... must be la...".... recently my bro has been taking weird pics with the camera.... it's too revolting for me to put it up here.... I don even wanna dare anyone to open it...

Anyway... Baby Ryan was sooo cute... too bad I got no pics for you ppl to see... he was simply adorable.... Baby Ryan in England's football jersey... His dad and his brothers have a thing for football ever since I can remember...

Anyway... then my baby cousin arrived... cute as ever... SPM next month... lotsa luck, Ferlynn! We could only talk to each other cos the other guests... I don know anyone... I just sat around with my cousins and happily adoring the bouncing birthday baby...

Then my uncle came... know this, this uncle of mine... is known for a camera permanently attached to his hand... he could prob be borne with it for all I care... but every where I look.. there he'll be with... a camera... I dreaded the day he discovered video camera... I shall not go into the details... it's too sordid to tell...

Anyway... had fun... ate a bit... played around with uncle's camera and happily snapping crazy pics with Judy and Ferlynn..... ate part of the cake.... laffed at baby.... watched the Chelsea match with cousins.... just a typical birthday party for a lil' baby boy... named Ryan.

Happy Birthday, Baby Ryan... next year... I'll get you a real cow to play with (^o^)V

I Felt Human Again

It felt weird... somewat familiar but yet somehow... it started to come back to me... wat am I talking about? I'm talking about leaving my house and into the outside world that's what. Why am I being dramatic? Cos I'v been living like a nut case and stayed in my home (mostly locked up in my room) doing nothing but spend endless hours in front of my pc... inking (thank GOD it's over) and colouring every frame by frame... making sure every freakin thing is consistent... dammit.. it's so hard... wished I coloured mine in Toonboom... life would have been much more easier... ........ oh yeah.... I got sidetracked... been doing this FOR A WHOLE DAMN WEEK!!!

Anyway... Bryan came over and took me out to lunch... so nice... Wanted to buy baby Ryan's birthday gift... so I went nuts over at the toy and gift shop... I manage to find a damn cute cow biting a flower... loved it! I'd doubt anyone else would get him a cow! I bought a lil' something for myself as well... bought me a black and a white piggy key chains... must make sure both are together.... they seemed meant for each other... and bought me a whole case of hanko... got nuts since I got my very own which Junko gave me. I'm happily stamping them away... it was a reward for me to play them after completing a scene... see... I know how to motivate myself ^-^

Anyway... I feel damn tired today... manage only to colour a few scenes.... again.... although I did get a proper rest.... but... still tired...

I guess prob I got some today o (^///^) o

You Can't Rush Art

Taking a break from my experimental.... I just couldn't push myself to do anymore productive work today... been doing quite a lot of pushing.... surprisingly I could motivate myself to work from morning till night... Something has gone wrong somewhere with my foolproof plan.... couldn't get any sleep last night and the effect showed in my progress today... couldn't work fast enuff and the damn Painter kept playing peek-a-boo with me...

At least painted a few scenes today... but decided to call it a day and start afresh first thing tomolo... hopefully I can finish colouring by tomolo and start compiling real soon... I haven't even work on my lip-sync yet!!! Dammit!!!

Anyway... on a totally diff subject... Amaxing Race Asia is coming real soon... I think this should be interesting... seen the racers' profiles online and I can't wait to see them rise and fall... I was joking with Judy the other day about the two of us entering it. I told her she can do all the road blocks but leave anything to do with water to me...

Do you know like every start of the race... where Phil would align all the contestants and everyone would race to their vehicles and starts racing? Well... if Judy and I are to join... I'd think both of us wouldn't reach our car without panting and gasping for air... We may not win the race but I'd bet there are ppl who'd love to see two crazy girls screaming Hokkien at each other.... even at the pit stop.

* Bitch Mode To The Blardy Max!

I was happily chatting with my baby cousin and suddenly... >poof!< the whole pc just shuts off by itself... I stared at it with dismay... I thought I was hallucinating... I did had that new coffee drink dad brought today... a whole case of 'em.... then I realised the absolute horror.... all the pics I've scanned... were... GONE!!!

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" I shrieked!!!

It was the second blardy time it happened to me already!!! Friday The 13th

I was still upset for not being able to complete my animation yet... oh well, looks like I have to try harder. I was waiting for everyone at lunch and wondered where in the world were the others.. and suddenly... out came from behind me... Zandra brought me a cake... a Secret Recipe cake to be exact and JaKk presented me a present. It was my pre-birthday celebration! I was shocked! I had no idea!

I was extremely overwhelmed when everyone starting singing the birthday song... and I read the card... oh man... it was so damn cute.. Zandra said it was a "Honey-senpai" theme card... hahaha.... and I got a nice jewellry box... it was really pretty...

And I ate my cake... my awesome deliciously, yummy Secret Recipe Chocolate Indulgance cake! Hahaa... I offered a bite to JaKk... but I din... hahahahhahaa yurushite kure....ken chan...

Then we went to class to finish up our work... then there was a bunch (I wouldn't call it a bunch... more like a big ass group) of fresh animation students from another Uni came to visit us. Apparently, animation was a new course in their Uni and they were given the opportunity to come see >ahem< us on how exactly everything works... cheh-eh...

I was having a difficult time animating my last scene... Marvy told me that I need to do this the best cos it will leave a very important impression for my audience... if I can manage to capture my audiences at the end... I will have it made.. I had a hard time thinking about the animating... the timing... the gestures and especially the facial expression... but in the end... Marvy gave me a green light to go ahead with the clean-up... HAPPY! HAPPY! HAPPY!

This is the end of Week 11....... aiyooooooo...... Oh! oh!.... Most importantly... Today is someone's birthday actually... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEFO!

p/s Everything ppl said about this kind of days.... are just a bunch of bull...

* Bitch Mode On

Well, well, well.... this is Week 11 and I'm still not done with my animation... I was hoping to finish animating by this week... but I guess there has been a slight change of plans... I wanted to work some of the difficult scenes with Marvy but infortunately... he was too busy with the others... but he seemed impressed with me left with only 6 more scenes to animate.. Yah!!!

I had no idea where the horse power came from... the whole weekend, I glued my butt to my chair and worked non-stop and I was quite happy with myself (considering I usually slack off), managed to complete alot of scenes. Shot it... and I was glad it looked smooth... ahhh... all my hard work. And I'm getting the hang of in-betweens now... it's not as bad as I remembered... level-up!

Tomorrow is a public holiday for Selangor... so I can't go to college and shoot the remaining scenes. DAMMIT! Have a damn test on Wednesday and have to update another Goddam freakin irritating journal! I can't stand anymore journals, man! Journals are the core of my annoyance! Been doing it for 6 freakin sems.... Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....... *takes journal and slaps everyone in my way....*

It's Chocolates, Choco Bana Cake Day!

Happy Birthday BO!!!!! Yesterday we all celebrated Bo's birthday in the Plaza. We got her a chocolate banana cake (my first time eating it... yum yum) and a green dog for pressie. She was surprised and kept saying "You guys are crazy!" HAAHAHAAA...... we are a crazy bunch after all...

I had a minor difficulty getting everyone signing her card when SHE'S IN CLASS! Alot of spy-work goin on.. hahaa..

This will be our final sem together... so, it was worth the trouble for Bo... even if I have to buy a lighter, I will... now what the hell am I gonna do with another lighter?

On another totally diff subject, I remember as a kid when I don really get along well with my dad.. I have always been a TV addict since I was a kid and whenever my dad would come home from work, I will always be in front of the tv and he'll give me this damn kao cold stare. Then he'd go and change and come back down and still... I was still in front of the tv. He gave me the stare again and I could feel it piercing thru my back so I turn it off and right then... my dad would say

"Why did you turn it off? Aren't you gonna watch tv anymore? Why don you watch more tv?"

Do you know wat my dad just did? It's called reverse-psyco. He loved doing that when I was a kid and it made me feel damn kao horrible... I felt.. and still today, it was a weird way of telling a kid to do or obey a parent... I din know it then.. but when I do realised that ... when I was in my pre-SPM year... I got wiser... too wise...

I was 16 then... my dad came home and immediately pulled a reverse-psyco on me and went to change. He came down and still find me watching tv. He waited for a while and I kept on watching.. 5 mins past, nothing..... 10 mins past, still nothing.... then the 15th minute came.. he yelled

"I thought I told you to stop watching TV!!! You're still watching!"

I looked at him and said "But you said to go ahead and watch more tv wat... I'm just listening to you". Then I got my ass whopped damn kao badly. But that was the last time he used it on me... cos it doesn't work on me no more... a price to pay to eliminate an annoying parenting method.

Why the hell am I bringing up this memory you may ask... well... someone pulled a reverse-psyco on me yesterday and it triggered it. All I did was just smiled to myself and think back those wonderful days as a kid... with my dad shouting at the back... and came back to reality and wonder to myself... do ppl think that reverse-psyco really works? You'd get figured out sooner or later.... so might as well stop it, dumbass!

I'm tired, my tummy is hurting like mad... I'm finally out of "Poh Chai" pills... my only saviour... and still got tonnes of animation to complete... and this is already WEEK 10!!! Dammit...
